Art Trades

Trade Status: 1 Trade in Progress

If you're interested in doing an art trade with me, drop me a note via my contact page asking me politely if I'm willing to do one and/or have time right now (sometimes I'll forget to update my trade status). If I'm able to do a trade with you at the time, I'll send you information about the character I'd like you to draw, and then you can do the same. Some information that I ask for are the colors of character, the personality of character, at least one example of art of said character, and anything else you'd like me to draw. Please keep in my mind that I won't draw anything too detailed and all art trades will be kept simplistic with just the character and a minimal background.

If you're up for it, drop me a line. If I accept (which will most likely happen), then I'll usually get it done within two weeks to a month (if you're really lucky, I could get it done within a few days). I expect the same courtesy in return.

Commissions

Commission Status: No Commissions in Progress
Accepting Commisions: Yes!

Generally I will always accept commissions since I'm a poor college student and I have a constant need for more money. Also, commissions take precedence over trades because I'm getting paid for them. Anyway, here are a few guidelines that I'd like you to know and follow before requesting a commission:

   GUIDELINES

   ~ I do not draw adult content. A little blood and classy nudity is       fine, but nothing hardcore will ever appear on this website or in       my sketchbook.
   ~ I require only a valid email address from my clients, unless you       would like a solid copy of the artwork. If that's the case, I also       require a mailing address and the funds for shipping and       handling ahead of time.
   ~ Payment via paypal is preferred, but I do accept money orders        and checks as well. I expect payment after I finish the sketch        and start inking, and only when I receive the payment will I        send you the finished piece. Once I finish the sketch, I'll send it        to you for input and any last changes you may want.
   ~ Because commissions take precedence over trades, I will get       commissions done within two weeks, unless I'm under stressful        circumstances. If that's the case, you will be notified, but the        work will get done as soon as possible.

   PRICE ESTIMATES

This could vary depending on the project and how detailed it is, plus other factors. But here's the estimates on different images. All prices are in American dollars.

   ~ Traditional pencil sketch: $5.00
   ~ Digital pen sketch: $10.00
   ~ Full Color Traditional Art (no background): $15.00
   ~ Full Color Traditional Art (w/ background): $20.00
   ~ Full Color Digital Art (no background): $20.00
   ~ Full Color Digital Art (w/ background): $25.00
   ~ 11"x14" Acrylic/Oil Painting: $35.00+
   ~ Extra Characters: $5.00 each
   ~ Shipping and Handling First Class: $5.00
   ~ Shipping and Handling Priority Mail: $7.00
   ~ International Shpping: $15.00

As with an art trade, I will need information on the character you wish me to draw. Gender, skin/fur/hair color, age and build, personality, mood of picture, and setting are all required, along with anything else you'd like to add. The prices above are only estimates, and if you send me something more detailed than what I have listed, I may up the price a little to include what you want.
